My Search Funds is a UK based company that has partnered with Ask.com. Users are paid for their loyalty to Ask.com.
This means that when they search with the toolbar (minute in size, very easily installed as an add-on to Firefox and IE), they are paid by Ask.com (Approx. $0.05 per search). Of course, it is made sure that there was no click fraud. I made $2.25 from 46 searches in two days (I've searched a lot).
They say that the average searcher can make a reasonable $140 a year., this is without refferals. Of course, a lot of us search a lot more than once a day, and therefore the earnings can be larger. The earnings are not instantly updated, however the number of searches made are. Every day, in accordance to the number of searches you have made, you will be granted revenue. This revenue is paid every 45 days. This means that for every search you made in February, those earnings will be paid to you by mid April.
You can tell that the site is legit by simply looking at their details. They have a company number, phone number, address and everything a scam site would not have.
